Chandra Chriswisser, partner of Beauty Biz Agency, brings over 25 years of experience in the beauty industry. Starting her career as a stylist in 1998, she has navigated the complexities of working in commission salons and thriving as a solo artist, giving her a unique perspective.
From Stylist to Successful Salon Owner
In 2008, Chandra took a significant leap by opening her first salon, followed by a second in 2021. With help from Brie as her coach and Chandra's leadership, these businesses have collectively generated over $1.5 million in annual revenue. Her journey through the industry has not only been marked by success but also by a deep commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Passion for Teaching
Chandra's passion for mentoring blossomed early in her career. Initially, she shared her expertise in hair color and extensions as a trainer for prominent brands like Aveda and So Cap. These experiences honed her skills in developing comprehensive training programs, which became the backbone of the apprenticeship opportunities offered at her salons.
